  Reformer Pilates focuses on the fundamental exercises while building long & lean muscles. This class will help you learn how to protect your joints, work on your flexibility, posture, and gain strength.


  Aerialates® blends the aerial arts with Pilates. You'll perform Pilates-style exercises on aerial equipment and learn moves that you would learn in a circus school-all at low height in a safe, supportive environment.



  An interval training class, that adds cardio to your pilates. Jump intervals and toning intervals make for a great mix to burn calories, gain strength, and this class really targets those abs.
