Heidi Schneider instructs the following:
  • Intermediate Pilates
  • Reformer Pilates intermediate exercises. This class adds variations and new exercises to the essential exercises. Difficulty level is increased.

  • Advanced Pilates
  • Reformer Pilates advanced exercises. Must have mastered, and have control while executing most essential & intermediate exercises. Advanced work focuses on more balance, upper body, and abdominal strength.

  • Essential Pilates
  • Reformer Pilates basic first exercises. Learn the fundamental exercises while building long & lean muscles. This class will help you learn how to protect your joints, work on your flexibility, posture, and gain strength.

  • Intermediate Pilates
  • Reformer Pilates intermediate exercises. This class adds variations and new exercises to the essential exercises. Difficulty level is increased.

  • Advanced Pilates
  • Reformer Pilates advanced exercises. Must have mastered, and have control while executing most essential & intermediate exercises. Advanced work focuses on more balance, upper body, and abdominal strength.

  • Jumpboard Pilates
  • Do Jumpboard Pilates, and work on alternating abs, back, legs & arm exercises. Lots of stretching too. Jumpboard Pilates uses interval training to get your heart rate up.
